Business Management Incentives Intern (Enterprise) | Enterprise ...

Enterprise Fleet Management, a sister company of Enterprise Holdings that operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, is currently searching for an Intern to work within our Business Management Department. Our Operations Center is a Corporate Administrative branch that provides a wide range of services for our leasing customers across the country. This intern will work with multiple teams and be exposed to various accounts payable functions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail oriented, and able to work 20-25 hours immediately in the St. Louis, MO area.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update vendor information and documentation
  • Process check requests
  • Audit invoices for accuracy
  • Research and correct invoice/check issues
  • Apply for vehicle incentives and distribute to the group
  • Assist with cash application for customer billings and car sales
  • Work A/R list to ensure timely collection of incentive money from the manufacturers
  • Reconcile open items for the group and update open item database
  • Answer accounting questions from various sources
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative job duties, as needed
